To be eligible for a refund, you must not have:
- Created an excessive number of stories (more than 50 stories)
- Generated an excessive number of images (more than 500 images)
- Used the service in a manner that suggests abuse or exploitation

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes "reasonable usage" on a case-by-case basis.
2.3 Renewal Subscriptions
Refunds for subscription renewals are generally not available unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service

- Duplicate charges
- Other circumstances at our sole discretion
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, refunds may be prorated based on the remaining time in your subscription period and your usage. If you request a refund after the initial 14-day period, we will calculate the refund amount based on:
